tools FREE 2014 How To Debadge (Cater Style)

This should be about the same as all other debadge but here is My take on it. I prefer to use a hair dryer over a heat gun
as it heats at a much safer temperature.

    Tool's.

    Hair dryer
    monofilament AKA Fishing line
    Isopropyl Alcohol
    Rag
    Spray wax (optional)

Step one: Heat badge with hair dryer on high setting for 1-2 Minutes.

Step two: grab your "Fishing Line" and in a sawing motion and pulling slightly towards the badge "Cut" the Adhesive tape from the badge.
pulling towards the badge will ensure that you don't get into the paint. The elongated "Tundra" badge is a little more easy if you heat 3 letters at a time.

Step three: After cutting the adhesive, Pull the badge off from the bottom corner to the opposite corner.

Step four: Remove the remaining adhesive by rolling it off via your fingers.

Step five: Wipe off any excess residue using your handy rag and isopropyl alcohol.

    Before:

    After:
