I was trying to hold off with this Turbo intro until I had it all installed, but I'm just going to post what I have at this time. Chris (Spoolin67tundra) whom I already bought a Valve Body Shift Kit from is extremely knowledgeable in Supra and Tundra builds. He custom build/fabricated his "Stage1" Turbo kit which includes all the parts needed to make it run. This also includes an "AEM Fuel/Ignition Controller" which controls the ECU via a modified jumper cable. There is an option for a direct wire connection into the ECU, but I'm 2000 miles away, so that was not an option..
This is a total "Bolt On" performance mod where I will be installing it. Unfortunately I am not able to give any technical details. "Fastest Tundra CREWMAX!"..

Same Turbo will be remotely mounted under the passenger seat as seen installed in Chris' Tundra

BTW, this "Stage1" Turbo Kit is available through Chris. He is now fabricating his "Stage2" kit. Yes that's right.. TWIN TURBOS!
Subscribed to this thread if you want to see how I progress. I should have it all up and running hopefully by next month. I'm real excited about this Mod, I unfortunately just don't have the time I need to spare to install this quickly since I run my own business..

I got the whole kit, I just need TIME!! The original goal was to have it all up and ready for the Dec 8 races way up in Bakersfield. That's not going to happen. I hope to have it up and specifically re-tuned for our my truck and our 91 octane by year end for sure. I'm already thinking "more boost?" and I don't even have it on yet!

inject meth or water when you turn up the boost to keep the heat & knock down, on my rx7 i started injecting 500CC of M1 meth and it drop my knock reading from 15 to 6 at 15 psi and my EGT readings went down a few hundred degrees..
at the tundras 10.0:1 compression i think it could be pushed to 10 psi!!
