TRAC, VSC, BRAKE, ABS and LSD Lights On At The Same Time (Different From Others)

So I was driving home and it's snowy and icy and I accelerated a touch too much and spun out a little. I looked down and saw that all those lights were on and I also noticed the Traction Control didn't kick it. I DID NOT lose any power, so it didn't go into "Limp Mode". The lights turned off almost immediately, so I thought nothing of it just that it was a little weird. Kept on driving and as soon as the truck gets above 20 or so all those lights came back on and I noticed that the needle on my speedometer was jumping around. I took a quick (Terrible res) video to show what I'm talking about.

Then when I go under 20 or so all the lights turn back off. I tried the "hold traction button for three seconds" thing so that the TC, VSC, and LSD lights came on by my doing and that fixed everything... until I turned them back off. Also, when I turned my radio on and got about 20 when the speedometer needle would jump, the same time the radio would cut in and out like it was skipping, but I was listening to my MP3's.

I did a little test when I got on my street and tried to spin the tires and I officially had no traction control abilities and I also tried to stop real hard and I also had no ABS abilities. I parked in my drive and shut the truck off and a couple minutes later I turned her back on and did the same tests. No lights came on when I spun or broke hard and I regained my traction and ABS. This sort of sounds like some sort of electrical problem or I need a new battery. But it seems to have reset itself when I turned the truck off.

I apologize for the length of this post and appreciate you reading. This just sounded like it was something else from what I read of others who had these lights come on. Please tell me what you think. Thanks.

Interesting; I haven't had the '11 Limited in snow yet (that might change on Sunday, based on our forecast, though...), but the '10 Rock Warrior never had a problem with it, and we get slushy crappy snow out there when we get it. I've had my wheels spin, but the system engaged and corrected then disengaged normally.

If it reset when you shut it down, it's probably fine, but being the paranoid person I am, I'd probably have some diagnostics done on it (if it were me).

Yeah, but you know dealers, if it's not doing what you claim it's doing at the time you take it in they can't do anything. If it happens again I'll definitely be calling to arrange something. It is weird though, I've had this truck for a little over three trouble free years and now this. Hopefully it never happens again.

Now that's weird. Maybe a bad sensor somewhere??? Couldn't tell ya...

Mine did the same thing not too long ago...the speedo jumped around and the radio cut in and out and all the lights came on...my problem was a bad batt and cable...try getting your batt tested and see what happens

Hey, thanks!! Maybe I'll go to autozone tomorrow and have them test it and I'll just buy a new one regardless, because I've been meaning to. Thanks!!

Did you get the battery checked, and check you battery connections?

Tried the new battery. Alternator tests slightly low but not bad. It seems like it happens one day then does not happen the next. The bad part is it does not throw any codes so I cannot figure out what it is. Really makes me not want to drive the truck. Does anyone have any idea?
