Mis-aligned headlight. Expert or BBC mechanics?

I have a 2010 Toyota Tundra. The left headlight shines a foot higher than the right headlight on my garage door. It looks like the high-bright is stuck in the on position on the left headlight.

Is this an easy fix? Is it a matter of adjusting the bulb, or does the whole headlight assembly need to be adjusted. I am no mechanical genius, so talk slowly if you know an easy fix.

If the high beam bulb is on when low beams are selected, you will need to troubleshoot the head light circuit. Adjustments will not solve the problem. I will talk slowly because this is the best way to fix the problem. B...r...i...n...g i...t t...o a m...e...c...h...a...n...i...c!
