I know that these guys are, and have been, respected vendors on this site for a long time. I have seen other folks post rave reviews of their transactions before, but mine is a little different.

I bought the Nitro 4.88 gears and Auburn LSD from JD.com last week while on vacation. I purchased them through my PayPal account via my smartphone. My intention was to utilize my PayPal Credit as I had previously set-up my account to default to that. Unfortunately, that didn't happen that way.

It turns out that PayPal withdrew the funds from my bank account, severely overdrawing this account. A stop payment later and all was well except for making everything come out of the proper funding. This is where JD.com came in.

They had already shipped my gears as they had already received their money. So basically, my funding was of zero concern to them. After several calls speaking with Dean, I was able to send money from the proper funding and they reimbursed money to the improper funding (PayPal doesn't allow you to change funding sources after the transaction).

Maybe this is not a big deal to some, but I was on vacation with limited access to internet and sometimes phone. What Dean did, the legwork and just the basic understanding of my dilemma, helped immensely.
