I am thinking it is caused by the condition of the road itself in these specific locations (rain grooves cut in pavement) and how that section of the road interacts with the truck. The intermittent vibration has become worse after putting on snow tires. The vibration is strong enough that I can hear it in the voice of my passenger if they are speaking when we pass over this section of road. Had the dealer check wheel balance, alignment, suspension, etc to confirm and dealer reported no problems. The dealer did mention this is a characteristic of '13 - '14 Tundra's.
Has anyone experienced similar issues?
Any advice on what component change may reduce the vibration? like bigger tires/wheels, softer shocks, or ???
