    Default 2005 4.7 Tundra

I have a 2005 Tundra 4.7. I have spent months with engine light on trying to find problem. Diagnostics all over the place. Truck has slight hesitation upon acceleration. When passing gear is kicked in the engine bogs down before accelerating. Changed MAS 2 times (thought first one was bad out of the box) Not the fix. I have been reading a little about Intake Carbon Build up. Any thoughts?

Did you discount the battery after you changed the sensors?
    Are there any codes?
Is your intake stock? Also check to see if air is getting in threw cracks or holes in the intake.

I have often said that a trip to the Toyota dealer will probably save money on parts purchases that are unnecessary. Dealers will typically diagnose the problem for 1 hour labor, and will give you the information whether or not you choose to have them repair it.

Have you had the truck scanned anywhere or just started replacing parts? If so, what codes are there?
