patriot Passing of a Legend in the Tundra World

It is with great sadness we announce the passing of not only one of Tundra Geeks original Super Moderators but also a legend in the World of Tundras.
John always took the time to greet new members and answer many Tundra related questions. He attended numerous Tundra events on the east coast and was well known in the Tundra community.

That being said, here’s a re-post of a Special Edition “Pic of the week” originally posted back on 1/26/12.

Default Re: Passing of a Legend in the Tundra World

John will be greatly missed, not only here, but in the entire Tundra community. His knowledge of the 1st generation Tundra was unapparelled, and he was more than willing to share his experience with others, both on this forum and elsewhere. The 2000 Tundra he built is a work of art, and will live on as a testament to his knowledge, skill, and dedication. A special thanks to John for his advise and insight to me when I became a moderator on this forum. I would like to convey my deepest condolences to his family and friends. RIP John.
