    Default Iforce engine

Can anyone tell me about major repairs that could be needed for the 2007 iforce 5.7 L engine?

The non-supercharged 5.7 is just about bullet proof. Many have over 300k without major problems. The supercharged motors are another story. Many don't make it to 100k.

    Welcome to the forum.

I would say iForce 5.7 is one of the most reliable engines you could get.

My starter went out last year. It was much more involved then I would have thought. Dealer quoted me over a grand.

My 2007 has been flawless, knock on metal, although I still have under 60K miles on it.
