The ones I've seen have all been custom, one-offs.

MarkyMarks were all 2nd Gen parts, no one made billet pieces for the 1st Gens.

Have you tried taking the knobs off and taking them to a speed shop to see if you could use some from another make/model?

I followed Marky Mark lead, and had all of my engine caps (power steering, brake, overfill, etc made of custom billet for my engine
project. I am looking at option for upgrading my interior knobs, but, have not decided if I want OEM look in billet or full custom.

It can be done, but, of course, custom will cost more. Add anodizing like black, adds to final cost. But it will be unique or custom if
    someone wants that path.

This is where I had my engine caps done for my 2000. He can make anything as custom, 1 off if you want. Of course, it is not
cheap going the custom route, unless there is some time of volume buy (like a group buy) to reduce setup costs, etc.
