    I ran then for 4k miles and you don't even know they were on the truck.

    Not really sure how they could possibly ruin any warranty, it's just a wheel adapter.

    Mine is +20mm offset with 35X12.50. I also have fender flares and they sit even with them. My wheels came in a +1mm which would have stuck out almost 2cm more but I did not want my tires sticking...

    If you are getting new wheels and going to run 35's you definitely won't need spacers. Just get the right offset wheels to minimize trimming needed which should be minimal if even needed with a 6"...
