WTF, dashzracing.com stole my photo for web site & adds

They stole my photo of the Longo LED tail lights for there web site and advertisement. I cant believe they are doing this:mad:

You could put watermarks on photos, but thats too much work in the long run. you also could email them, and try to get something out of it but its a compliment. don't know if you can get anything out of it legally though. do we have any lawyers on this site?

its just kinda frustrating that they are using my photo as advertisement with google adds. I think I will give them a call and see what they say. I know I dont really have any legal rights since I didnt copyright them or put a water mark.

Exactly Matt. I called two out of the 6 or 7 sites using my pics and one of them said, "sorry, we'll take it down if you want". I said, na thats cool, leave it up.. :) Another guy said, "prove its your picture".

Isn't there a way you can disable right click on images? That would make it more difficult to steal the image, but not impossible.
